Well, hey again. =D As you can see, there is no song quote. Well, I`ve decided that I just won`t put any song quotes anymore. =)) So, yeah, no song quote. = D

Okay. So let`s talk about today.

Art: We had Exercise 3: Illusion of Movement. I finished mine. It wasn`t quite nice at all. It was sort of messy `cause I used a sign pen. *sigh* Oh, nevermind. =D I also passed my Exercise 2: Illusion of Depth. It wasn`t that nice too. I really liked Jan`s work. It was so cool. =D
Recess: Well, we were dismissed kind of late by Ms. Mainit [ our Art teacher ], so we only had about 20 minutes to eat recess. I just had french fries and iced tea. So basically, we made it just on time. :]
Language: Well, we first checked our homework. I did ok. =)) Then we went to the AVR downstairs. We read this story [ well, technically, Ms. Ramos was the one who read it. =))) ] about The Carrot, The Egg and The Coffee Beans. I already know that story from one of my mom`s books. =)) So, yeah. Then we had an exercise and went back up stairs. :)
AP: Well, first, Karen reported her story for the "Balitaan". Then we talked about "Likas na Yaman ng Pilipinas". [: It was a pretty easy topic; I already read that lesson from the book. [;
CLE: WHAT A DEBATE! =))))))))) Well, we had a debate based on this question: "Which should you believe: The Story of Creation [ The Seven Days of Creation ] or The Modern Science Theories [ The Big Bang ]?" Well, our side got The Story of Creation. =) And I was one of the reporters. =))) First, Mr. Torralba picked the 3 judges. It was Karen, Sera and Nina. :] So, first it started out a bit quiet... but then towards the middle of it... well, got a bit too rambly. =))))) The judges chose that we, the 2nd team, are the winners! Yay! It was a fair debate, and no one had hard feelings. :]
Lunch: Okay, normal as always. Eating in the classroom with Danielle, Cheska and Carla. [:
Math: The lesson was Changing Decimals into Fractions and vice-versa. [: Pretty easy too. :)
PE: We had the Rope Movements. My partner was Julienne. It was pretty fun though. =))
Reading: Okay, we had a test about Context Clues. Finished it in like 5-10 minutes. Pretty easy too. =)

Well, that`s probably it for today. [: Oh, yeah, I`m leaving in 2 days for the Asian-Pacific Childrens` Convention. [: So, I might not be able to blog. =)

Hiya! :) Well, I`m blogging again. =))))
This is my first blog entry for July. =)))) So, yeah. =D

As you can see, I didn`t put any song quote today. I was just really busy and tired to type it, so yeah. =))))))

Well, about what happened today. =)

Homeroom: Reply slips, letters, other reminders. As usual, as always. =))))
CLE: Well, we studied the creation stories. Nothing unusual, except that someone observed the class, Ms. Andres. Aside from that, nothing special. [;
Recess: Oh, man. I forgot to ask my parents for money. I only had 20 pesos. It`s ok. I got iced tea and a doughnut. [;
Reading: Context Clues. It was easy ;; we`ve been studying context clues ever since grade 1 [ I think. =))))) ], so yeah, piece of cake. [;
A.P.: We had our test today. It was pretty easy. :] I got a minus 3 though. So far, I got a 22 out of 25. [ We didn`t check the essay part though ] :)
Math: It was pretty easy. I got minus 2 on the homework. We also had an exercise. :] So, yeah, another piece of cake. =)))))
Lunch: I ate inside with Danielle, Cheska and Carla. :] Yeah, that`s it. We ate and talked. =)))))
Music: Another piece of cake. The lesson was pretty easy for me. We`ll have a test on Monday. I`ll study later or tomorrow. :]
Filipino: We`ll have our test tomorrow on Pagbasa. :] The lesson today was about "Mga Palansak na Pangngalan." Ms. Concepcion said that we should reach 50 examples, but then she lowered it to 35 examples. :] It was pretty much easy. (:
Language: Okay, Sir Torralba didn`t come, because he said to Ms. Ramos that the people who are taking the speech would get nervous if he was there, so yeah, he didn`t watch. :]
I took the oral test yesterday, and got a perfect 10. I can`t believe it. :] I know that Annika and Kristel had a 10 too, so at least I`m not the only one. =))))) Yeah, then it was dismissal. :]

Well, that`s it for today. =)
Oh, yeah, remember in my last entry when I said that I might make a graphic site? Well, I`m currently making one now. ;] It`s not a .com or .net one, but it`s hosted on Blogger and Co.Nr. :]
Well, it`s not done yet, but soon, when it`s done, I`ll post an entry about it here and you can visit it. [;

Well, okay, that`s all for now. =) Gotta go study for the Math and Filipino tests tomorrow. :]

Okay, no one`s celebrating their birthday. =D [ at least I think no one is. =)))) ] Well, that was like the first song I heard from the Click Five. =)))) So, it`s special. Haha. =))) =D

Okay, so finally, classes are back. :))
Here`s what happened today:

Homeroom: We had class elections! Haha. =D I ran for vice-president but Selene won. It`s ok. Selene`s a really nice girl. :] I`ll think she`ll make a great vice-president. =D
Computer: We learned about MS Excel. =D It was easy. Piece of cake. =))))
Filipino: Okay, we finally presented. :) It was pretty nice, our presentation I mean. We were ( sort of ) prepared. =D
P.E.: We had Gymnastics movements again. :)) It was fun. My partner was Carla and we were called to present. It was fun. =)))))
Math: We had a Task Sheet on Exponents. It was pretty easy too. :]
A.P.: Our test was moved. =) Which reminds me, I have to study. [;
Language: Our oral test was moved too. =) We also made our speeches already. I have to practice also. [;
Reading: We just checked the seatwork from the Helen Keller story. ;]
Science: We answered a task sheet on Inference. :) It was fun making the shapes too. =))

Well, that`s about it. =)) I have to go study now for the tests. =))))) Okay, gotta go now. Bye! =)))

Hiya! :) I`m back. =))
Okay, I first heard that song on Ate Julia`s blog * check the links please * and I really liked it. :) I really like the beat, and I saw the music video on MTV. It was really cool. :)) And I think the line, "And just enjoy the show" means like you just have to enjoy life. :) [ I think. =)))) ]

So, today, no school AGAIN. In the morning news, they said that Bagyong Feria is only signal no.1, but they said that grade school and high school in Metro Manila has no school, so yeah. =))) No school again. :|

So, today, I made a new account in Plurk. Why? Because I don`t update the old one anymore. You can check out my Plurk in the links part. (; And I put the Plurk widget in the misc part. So, yeah, that`s why I only have a little karma. =))

Then, like, the whole day I was using the computer. =))) I didn`t make any new graphics, but I was thinking of making a graphic site. :) So, I`m trying to make some sample graphics now. I`ll tell you when my site is up. =))

So, after that, it was internet-slash-TV the whole day. =))) Haha. :))

Anyways, that`s it. I just renovated my shop and BC in TG, plurked and tweeted. :))
That was it for the whole day. Wow, was I bored. =)))

Hey! :) I`m back. =))
Well, I heard that song in MTV this morning, and I really like it. So, yeah. Kudos to David C. for that. =)))

Ok, so I`m going to guess that you`re wondering what`s up with the title and why I`m blogging so early. Well, this morning when I woke up, I saw my mom and dad gone from their bed. So, I was so worried they left. Then I found them in the living room, watching the morning news. In my mind, I was like, "Mom?! Dad?! What time is it?" Then, I found out that there was no school today since it was signal number 2, which means [ in our school at least ] that grade school & high school is suspended. So, yeah, I was happy that there was no school, but I was bummed because today was suppose to be our class officers elections. Oh, well. Maybe they`ll move it to tomorrow. =)))

So, today, `cuz I was bored, I tried making some icons. :) Here are 3 that I made. :]

So, I`m back. :] So, about that song quote. Well, I`m listening to it now on my iPod. Haha. =))) It`s really nice. (: I really like that song. =)) So, yeah, that`s it. =))

Okay, so about today. I had school again. Here`s what happened:

Art: Okay, we had this exercise on tesselations. Don`t know what they are? Click here. [ It`s from Wikipedia ] =)) Well, most of us had a hard time, including me. It`s `cuz our measurements were wrong. So, yeah, oh, and we were late by 10 minutes for Recess. =))
Recess: Okay, so we were late. When we came there, almost everyone was leaving already. =)) So, I had to eat really fast to get to class. =))

Language: Okay, since our class officers elections are tomorrow, Ms. Ramos told us how to make a good campaign speech. :) Oh, yeah, I`m running for class vice-president. :)
AP: Okay, so we talked about Sabah and the Spratly Islands. :] It was pretty easy to listen to Mrs. Teves, except that many people behind me were bored and talking to each other. =))))
CLE: Okay, if you read my previous blog entry, you`ll find out that I had to bring something that`s valuable to me. :) So, I brought the 1st and 13th book of A Series of Unfortunate Events by Lemony Snicket, and a family picture. :) So, yeah, that`s it. :]
Lunch: Okay, lunch was pretty much the same. :] But, today, Anna and Sherrie ate Kate`s lunch, but she said it was ok. =)))))) All of us were laughing when Kate found out. =))))
Math: Okay, Math was pretty easy. :) We studied about Exponents, which was pretty easy. :) Piece of cake. Haha. =))))
PE: PE was fun! =)))) We had gymnastic movements like bending and stuff. =)))) It was fun! =]
Reading: Okay, so we just finished doing our Task Sheet and other activites. Then, there was an announcement saying that the Club Shopping was cancelled. So...
~~Club Shopping~~ Homeroom [ =)))))) ]: So, we were sad but it was a laugh trip! =)))) Haha. So, yeah, after Mr. Torralba told us some reminders, we still had time. So, everyone kept on asking Sir some weird and funny questions. =)))) Oh, yeah, and it rained. :)))

So, about that song quote. Well, I really, really like that song and I love the music video. It was funny and well, yeah, I liked it. =))))

Ok, so today, it was the start of the second week of school. :) Well here`s how the day went:

01. Homeroom: Well, I actually kinda forgot what happened. Haha. =))))))) Oh, yeah, um, Sir just got the reply slips for the Parent`s Orientation.
02. Filipino: Ok, so the first 2 groups had their presentation. We`re the 4th group so probably our`s is going to be tomorrow. :] [ Our topic was: " Ang mga Kaibahan ng Pag-aaral Noon at Ngayon ]
03. Recess: Chicken-y! Well, in one of the food stands kasi they were selling chicken fingers and they were giving a free taste, so well, I tasted one. xD It tasted good and then the word " Chicken-y! " came up, so yeah. Guess you now know what`s up with the title. =)))))
04. Science: Ok, 1st Period - We made our " Pledge to Nature " and reviewed for our test. :]
2nd Period - Test! =))) Well, I don`t know my score yet. I`ll tell you next time. =))
05. Math: Math was easy. :) Our lesson was Estimation in Multiplication and Division. :]
It was really easy. Piece of cake. =))
06. Lunch: Lunch was well, usual. :) But now, we lessened on the noise in the classroom. =))
07. CLE: We talked about the Bible, and Sir said to bring something that`s valuable to you tomorrow. :) I`m bringing my book/s and a family picture. =))
08. Language: Well, Ms. Ramos just told us what our strengths and improvements in talking in the oral test. :)
09. Music: Haha. =)) Ok, so Sir Labrador taught us this song. It was really funny. =)) Almost everyone was laughing during the first time we sang it. :))
10. Reading: Helen Keller! Yay! Well, we finished reading the story about Helen Keller. :) And we answered some stuff. :]
11. AP: Well, AP was easy. Piece of cake. =)))

About that song quote, well I really like the song and the tune of it. [; And I also really like the music video of that song. =D

Well, I`m back. Haha. =D [ again =)) ]
Okay, from the title, you can say that morning traffic has something to do about today.
And yes, it has something to do about today. xD Well, this morning, I left the house at about 6:20 or 6:25 am to go to school. Well, guess what time I came to school. Done? Well, if you guessed that I got to school at about 7:30 am, you`re absolutely correct! It took me one (1) hour to get to school. Haha. x] Yes, I got to school at about 7:30 am today, which means I was late. Uh, why does the MMDA always change the U-turns and other street elements? Okay, so yeah, I was late. xD

Okay, so after I got to class, we had CLE and we went on a short "field trip" to our chapel. Mr. Torralba just said important things to remember when going to Mass. After that we went back to the classroom. =D Okay, after CLE was recess. Remember my last entry when I said that when you buy something from the cafe you can bring it to the classroom? Correction. Not anymore. When you buy something in the cafe, you should finish it there. So, I had recess with Carla and my other friends, Ella and Bianca. :)

Then the day went on. So, after Math, we had lunch. I ate inside since I had baon in my lunch box. Okay, it was pretty quiet, because Anna, Myles, Bettina, and Gabbie were in the cafe. But when they came back, oh what can I say. It got pretty noisy during quiet time. `Cause Anna, Gabbie and Bettina were getting the stuff of Myles and teasing her. =))) Got pretty rowdy and everyone was laughing. Haha. =)))))))) Well, anyways, we had Music next after lunch. Then we had Filipino then Language. Okay, remember when I said in my previous post about that thing that happened yesterday? Yeah, we had our oral test today, instead of tomorrow. So, my parter was Sherrie. It was introducing oneself, so yeah, it was pretty easy. I got a nine out of ten! Yay! Haha. =))))))) And after that, it was dismissal. =D

Okay, that`s it for now. I have to do my homework in A.P. now. See you tomorrow! =D

Okay, so today in school, it was pretty much a normal school day. :]
But, during Homeroom time, Mr. Torralba [ our homeroom teacher / adviser ] told us that we can now eat in the classroom. Yay! =)) Haha. [; And everyone was happy and excited to eat inside. =))

Okay, so the day went on. During Reading time, inspiration alert. =)))) Well, we talked about Helen Keller and how she has been an inspiration to others. She said that we are going to read about her soon. Don`t know Helen Keller? Click here. [; [ It`s from Wikipedia ] Well, Ms. Luque gave us a piece of paper that has some quotes by Helen Keller. This was my favorite one so far: "When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us." :)

And this was the really funny part of the day: =))
Well, during CLE class, Ms. Ramos [ our Language teacher ] came to our classroom and asked Mr. Torralba if she can announce something. Everyone was in cheers when she said, "Lila, our oral test on Friday would not push through." But then, everyone was moaning when she said, "It will be tomorrow. Good bye." Haha. =)))))))

Yeah, so that was about it. :] I also changed my blog template. :] Hope you like it! :)

Anyways, I`m sorry that I didn`t blog for the past 2 days. Well, I was really busy with school and other stuff, so I came home around 5pm [ our dismissal time is 3:15 ] and I had to do my homework and other school stuff. :)

Well, about today, it was pretty much a normal school day. I woke up and went to school, but unfortunately, today, when I was eating breakfast [ at home ], my wallet fell out of my pocket and I left it at home. So, yeah, I didn`t have any money today. :( It was a good thing I had some snacks in my lunch box. So, yeah, I was able to eat during recess. Haha. = D

Okay, then the classes went on and other school stuff happened. When I came home, I did my homework and well, I wrote this entry. xD So, yup, that was about it for today. :)

I`m currently listening to music and tweeting [ using twitter ]. I`m trying to make new graphics for my shop in TG [ Total Girl Board ]. Well, better get back to work. :) That`s all for now. :]

Wow, it`s been about 3 days since I last blogged. Well, let me explain.
My dad got my internet connection device [ which is a plug-in, not a DSL ] for a business trip last Thursday. So, yeah, I didn`t have any internet connection and I couldn`t blog.
So, let`s go through some stuff the past few days. :)

Thursday, June 11, 2009:
First Day of School! Haha. :)) Yes, it`s the first day of 6th grade. :]
Well, it was great! Haha. :)) I like my classmates and all. ;]
So, yeah, that was it. :) But, when I came home, my dad told me that he had a business trip and had to take the plug-in. So, yeah, that was for Thursday. xD

Friday, June 12, 2009:
Philippine Independence Day! Yay! Haha. :)) Yes, it was Independence Day yesterday.
We had a flag on our front gate. :] It was still boring, but I had fun with my family, since my mom didn`t have work that day. :]
So, yeah, that was it for yesterday. :))

Today, Saturday, June 13, 2009:
Well, I was so glad today, since my dad came back! Yay! He came back this morning. :]
Well, I was very happy that my dad was back from the business trip. :) I was also happy that the internet is back. :)) Haha. ; ]
Well, I needed to catch up with TG, and I`m currently making my task for Shealea`s graphic contest. I have to make a blend. :] So, wish me luck! :)

Anyway, about that song quote. Well, I just happened to listen to the music in Ate Julia`s *check out the links* blog this morning, and well, I liked the song. :] So, yeah, that`s it. (;

Well, about the title. Well, as we all know, school`s getting near and my school starts this Thursday, June 11. So, that gives me 2 days left for summer. xD I`m very happy for all the friends I made this summer and see ya soon! :) [ since I might not be online on some school days ]

So, yeah, that practically summarizes the title. ;]

In TG today, I joined this graphic contest of Shealea *check the links again* called ' Run With Colors '. And I just got the first task today, which is to make an avatar and signature set of Audrey Kitching. :] Well, I`m finishing up. I might post it here sometime. :]

Well, better get back to work and enjoy the last 2 days of summer! Haha. =))
